Versatility
The ProPass operates as a low impact broadcast style top dresser. The current options available can be removed quickly and easily without tools in minutes for a wide range of top dressing tasks. This also allows us to expand the capabilities of the machine in the future as you can simply add options to your existing base unit. The ProPass can run directly from a tow vehicle with a minimum of 6 GPM at 2000 PSI. For vehicles with insufficient hydraulic flow you can add the self contained Hydraulic Power Pack option.  As the unit is fully function and versatile, once the Twin Spinner option is removed, the PP-180 can then be used as a "mini-material handler" to move smaller quantities of materials around your course.

Controls
The SH version (Standard Hydraulics) has the control leavers mounted at the front of the machine and comes with a remote two way switch which controls the main conveyor belt and the Twin Spinner Option. The two way switch can be used from the cab of the tractor or anywhere around the machine 
The EH version (Electronic Hydraulics) has a controller head that can be mounted in the cab of the work vehicle, hand held or remote mounted on the machine. The controller allows for complete control over all functions of the machine, from the main converyor belt (on/off and speed) and the twin spinner (on/off and speed). The use of this controller has also allowed for the simplification of the hydraulic system into one custom manufactured hydraulic manifold, controlled by two electric solenoids. Even if a solenoid were to fail, there are built in manual overrides, so that the machine is still functional.
Because the controller is actually a Central Processing Unit (CPU), it has a last settings memory (when turned off then back on) and has 6 programable settings, which the operator can program. Another feature of the controller includes Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology to optimize hydraulic output and programable speed ramps for gradual starting and stopping of hydraulic motors to reduce impact and wear. The controller also allows for future functionality and expandability without having to replace it, simply upload the new programs through the D link. The controller can also be unplugged from the machine for storage.


TYCROP Direct Connect (TDC) Chassis for Cushman Turf Truckster

TYCROP has developed a new and innovative mounting system for the Cushman Turf Truckster work vehicle.  This tow behind chassis offers the lowest in ground compaction, with the utilization of the four wheel walking beam suspension.  The weight  distribution is optimized due to the hitch mounting position and spread over 8 turf tires.  The overall length is shorter than the standard tow behind chassis for maximum maneuverability.
The unique combination of design and materials of the hitch and receiver, which is patent pending, allow for stable machine operation, when used in normal grade situations.  Should the operator get into an unsafe grade where the ProPass might turn over, a specially designed "crumple zone" will allow the hitch/receiver assembly to absorb the turn over energy.  The hitch will twist and the receiver will crumple, keeping the work vehicle upright.
The receiver is mounted directly to the frame rails, using the existing top holes in the frame and two smaller ones in the side.
The TYCROP Direct Connect (TDC) chassis also comes with dual jack stands for easy and quick installation and removal from the work vehicle.  The stands are stored at the rear of the machine while in use.

Spread Versatility - Ultra Light to Ultra Heavy 
Lightly and consistently broadcast materials from 9' ( 2.74 m) narrow to 35'  (10.67 m)  wide with the use of our unique "drop zone" *patented sliding adjustment and "optimum fixed"  Twin Spinner angle, provides you with maximum canopy penetration and the most accurate and consistent spread pattern available. When top dressing heavy this Twin Spinner leaves behind clearly defined spreading edges for easy matching spread on your next pass.

Wedge Style Tailgate
Fully adjustable "wedge" style tailgate, with openings from 3/8" (9.52 mm) for ultra light top dressing to 5" (12.7 cm) for ultra heavy top dressing.  The wedge squeezes the material onto the belt for flow through of a variety of both wet and dry materials.

Optimum Fixed Twin Spinner Angle
TYCROP did the research to provide you with the ideal angle of the Twin Spinners for the most accurate and consistent canopy penetration that eliminates waving effect. Less sand on the surface means less sand in your reels. 

New Disk Material
The Twin Spinner disks use a QT400, which is an AR (abrasive resistance) type material.

Even Flow Technology
Our innovative design results in perfect weight distribution. The load doesn't shift to the back while emptying. Uneven flow can be unsafe for the operator and cause unnecessary wear on the vehicle. 

Low Ground Pressure
TYCROP's 4 wheel walking beam suspension evenly distributes the load and delivers low ground pressure therefore reducing turf compaction

Floor Belt
Our smooth belt allows the unit to be sealed preventing dribbles. The ProPass will move materials wet or dry and provides a continuous belt that is vulcanized together - "No seams or staples to come apart."

No Dribbles
Exceptional belt cleaning system eliminates the possibility of unwanted dribbles. You don't waste time having to brush in excess material.
