Load Capacity
The large 4 yd3 (3.06 m3) capacity hopper and overall design will accommodate any size loader. The large 33", 10 ply turf tires, coupled with our 4 wheel walking beam suspension minimizes ground compaction by evenly spreading the load over all 4 tires while providing optimum manoeuverability.
The hopper is designed for fast and efficient unloading of materials (will bulk unload an entire hopper in 45 seconds) with no bridging of materials.

Construction
The MH-400 is all welded steel construction, utilizing an 8 stage pre-treatment and powder coat painting process that ultimately provides a finish that has a higher resistance to impacts and chipping and increased UV protection for resistance to fading and corrosion.  This process includes a 5 stage dip tank process and a 3 stage application and finishing process.
The main conveyor belt is one piece Vulcanized rubber, no seams or staples to come apart. The load bearing support rollers have triple sealed bearings for enhanced reliability and long life.  The drive roller has a large diameter main shaft that is supported by fully adjustable pillow block bearings.  The belt is also smooth so that we can effectively seal the sides from material dribbling out.
The hopper lift cylinders are inverted so that no sand or foreign materials can damage the shafts or seals.

Versatility
The MH-400 can be used with or without options for a multitude of tasks everyday at your facility. Including, but not limited to; moving materials around your course (will unload a complete hopper in 45 seconds), filling smaller machines while on the course (therefore eliminating travel time), raise the rear of the MH-400 to fill the hopper of the TYCROP ProPass 180, while on the course and you have a top dressing team thats unstoppable! 
With the Swivel Kit and Cross Conveyor installed you can do everything from bunker and greens renovations to cart path rebuilding to back filling drainage ditches and more.  Install the Twin Spinners and the MH-400 becomes a large area top dresser.
The rear discharge height is completely variable, up to 72", to aid in placing materials right where you need them and increasing operator comfort .
The rear hitch receiver allows Superintendents to tow implements in tandem (ie. wood chipper). 

Controls
The SH version (Standard Hydraulics) has the control leavers mounted at the side of the machine and comes with a remote two way switch which controls the main conveyor belt. The two way switch can be used from the cab of the tractor or anywhere around the machine.
The EH version (Electronic Hydraulics) has a controller head that can be mounted in the cab of the tractor, hand held or remote mounted on swing arm from the side of the machine which allows operation from a multitude of positions. The controller allows for complete control over all functions of the machine, from the main conveyor belt (on/off and speed) to raising and lowering the hopper and the options (on/off and speed). The use of this controller has also allowed for the simplification of the hydraulic system into one custom manufactured hydraulic manifold, controlled by three electric solenoids. Even if a solenoid were to fail, there are built in manual overrides, so that the machine is still functional.
Because the controller is actually a Central Processing Unit (CPU), it has a last settings memory (when turned off then back on) and has 6 programmable settings, which the operator can program. Another feature of the controller includes Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology to optimize hydraulic output and programmable speed ramps for gradual starting and stopping of hydraulic motors to reduce impact and wear. The controller also allows for future functionality and expandability without having to replace it, simply upload the new programs through the D link. The controller can also be unplugged from the machine for storage. 

Adjustable Tailgate
The tailgate of the MH-400 is completely adjustable and entirely removeable. You can unlock the spring-loaded latches and let the tailgate float wide open for bulk unloading or you can completely remove the tailgate for moving of even larger materials. 
With the tailgate locked you can adjust the bottom six inches to precisely meter materials during applications when the options are attached.

Universal Quick Attach Mounting Brackets
The Quick Attach Mounting Brackets allow you to install and remove all the options, the Cross Conveyor, Swivel Kit, or the Twin Spinner in only a few seconds – No Tools Required.  The Swivel Kit has its own set of Quick Attach Mounting Brackets for connecting the Cross Conveyor Option.
